SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Production of all our Made-To-Order garments takes from 7-28 days. If you have a special date you need your item for, where possible, we can work with you on a short turn around. Please email us at info@worme.co.uk to discuss custom timelines.

Once your item is ready to be shipped you will be emailed with your tracking number. All items are sent using Royal Mail tracked and signed. 

If you have any queries before making your purchase, we advise you to contact us at info@worme.co.uk prior to placing your order, we will be delighted to assist you with any help you might need. 

Due to our items being Made-to-Order we are unable to accept returns.


RETURNS  

Please note all sales are final. 

Our garments are Made-To-Order in London with the utmost care, using the finest silks. Due to the structure of our production process and the nature of our fabrics we are sorry that we cannot accept returns. We are dedicated to the principles of the slow fashion movement and conscious consumption, ensuring each of our garments are thoughtfully constructed specifically for you. RECEIVING AN EXCHANGE 

We are unable to accept exchanges. However, at our discretion we may offer size alterations if applicable to your purchase. Please email us at info@worme.co.uk with any queries.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We deliver worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on some products for certain International Delivery Destinations, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. If you order products from the site your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that Worme has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

All orders are subject to availability. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.  

Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We must receive full payment for the items purchased before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation and should you wish to exchange your garments, please note that your entitlement to an exchange may be affected.
