SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please note these times and terms apply for items after the 7-21 days needed for manufacture. Once your item is ready to be shipped you will be emailed with your tracking number.
If you have any queries before making your purchase, we advise you contact us at info@worme.co.uk prior to placing your order. We will be delighted to assist you with any help you might need.
All orders are subject to availability Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We must receive full payment for the items purchased before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation and should you wish to exchange your garments, please note that your entitlement to an exchange may be affected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on some products for certain International Delivery Destinations, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. If you order products from the site your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that Worme has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to refund within 14 days of purchase, all goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. We have the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet our standards.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and we recommend that you use a courier that offers shipment tracking services and that you insure the product for its full value while in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations, we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.
RECEIVING A REFUND
The refund will be processed once we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm its arrival. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received. Items will only be refunded after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We have the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet our standards.
RECEIVING AN EXCHANGE
We are unable to accept exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Worme within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Worme does not accept liability for returned goods.
Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
