By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We must receive full payment for the items purchased before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation and should you wish to exchange your garments, please note that your entitlement to a exchange may be affected.

UK - DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY: £13 – 1 working day. Please note that work days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

EUROPE - DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY: £20 – 1-3 working days.

REST OF WORLD - DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY: £25 – 1-3 working days.


We deliver worldwide. However there may be restrictions on some products for certain International Delivery Destinations, Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. If you order Products from the site your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that Worme has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.


We are happy to refund and exchange products within 14 days of purchase, all goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached.


Please return items with your order number and returns slip by post to: 130 Merton Road, SW18 5SP London. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and we recommend that you use a courier that offers shipment tracking services and that you insure the product for its full value while in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.


The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm it’s arrival. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received. Items will only be refunded after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.


We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you wish to exchange something, please email and state in your email that you wish to exchange the item, we will then get back to you with details on how to proceed. Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. To make an exchange you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.


Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Worme within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Worme does not accept liability for returned goods.

Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
